Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of bluesole.shop, including its online store, features and services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by BLUESOLE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“BLUESHOP”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This document is an electronic record under applicable Indian law and does not require a physical or digital signature.
Acceptance of these Terms
By browsing the Platform, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies from its stated effective date.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
Products, descriptions and availability
We aim to present product descriptions, colours, images, sizes, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings, photography and manufacturing variations may affect appearance. Minor errors may occur, and we may correct information, update prices or withdraw products without prior notice. Products and promotions are subject to availability and any additional terms shown on the product page.
Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A binding sale is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel an order because of stock errors, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other legitimate reasons. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts are shown at checkout. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order and authorise the selected payment provider to process payment. Cash on delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations. Payment services may be subject to the provider’s separate terms and privacy policy.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery estimates, shipping charges and delivery restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, return, exchange and refund rights are described in our Return Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Permitted use
You may use the Platform only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or operation, scrape content at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, commit fraud or use the Platform in violation of Indian or other applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Platform and its content, including branding, text, graphics, photographs, layout, software and design, are owned by or licensed to BLUESHOP and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. No ownership or other rights are transferred to you.
Third-party links and services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party payment, delivery, analytics or other services. We do not control third-party content or practices. Access to a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will be error-free. BLUESHOP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability relating to a product or order will be limited as permitted by applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLUESHOP, its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers from claims, losses or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.
Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, transport disruption, labour dispute, utility failure or interruption of telecommunications. Obligations will resume when reasonably possible.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes arising from the Platform, an order or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
